PLANNING-TENDER STAGE
Recruitment of a planner team.
Preparation of a schedule for the planning stage and initial budget estimate.
Accompaniment of the planning stages: Selection and operation of professionals, coordination between architects’ and consultants’ plans.
Conduction of planning meetings to ensure adherence to the schedule determined for reaching the tender stage.
Preparation of specifications and bills of quantities for the tender.
Analysis of quotations from contractors and preparation of a detailed comparison table.
Negotiation (as required by law) with execution contractors.
Preparation of a professional opinion and a recommendations document for selecting execution contractors.
EXECUTION STAGE
Supervision of contractor work in accordance with the plans, specifications and planner instructions.
Supervision of the nature of the materials and products used in the project.
Conduction of coordination meetings between execution contractors for the execution of the works at the determined quality level and schedule.
Maintenance and monitoring of the budgetary framework during the execution of the project and reporting to the client on deviations.
Monitoring and leading of execution progress in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Examination and approval of contractor invoices, comparison to contracts and surveying.
Examination of the project: Listing repairs, completions and enhancements required from the contractors at the time of delivery, supervision of execution and its approval, and successful completion of the project.

Dangido Ltd. also specializes in the promotion of various types of statutory plans such as: master plans, detailed zoning plans, construction plans, "skeleton" plans and more.
These projects include: Accompaniment of the authority in recruiting planners it finds suitable (from the company's pool or from planners chosen by the authority), signing of contracts with the consultants, obtaining approval from the funding party (if any), coordination with consultants, coordination with the various infrastructure bodies, coordination with the approving bodies, handling with various committees, obtaining all necessary approvals and all until the plan is validated.
